Job Description
Vendelux is seeking a Head of Mid-Market Sales to lead, coach, and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives. The role requires a minimum of 4 days in office and reports directly into our Head of Sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a sales management role
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or data platform company
- Proven success selling to mid-market customers in a consultative motion
- Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing talent
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
- Background working with CMOs, Event Marketing Managers, Demand Gen, or Revenue leaders
