Job Description
Venn is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build trusted relationships with multifamily operators, understand their needs, and demonstrate the value of their platform. The role focuses on consultative selling, story-driven communication, and closing deals. This is an ideal position for someone who listens deeply and delivers personalized solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex B2B SaaS sales for enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Strong track record of consultative, relationship-driven selling with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of value-based storytelling and ROI articulation.
- Experience in the multifamily or proptech industry.
- Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel up to ~25%.
