Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to drive the long-term success, retention, and expansion of a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and revenue driver.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and upsell strategic solutions across complex accounts
• Strong understanding of enterprise relationship management
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action
