Requirements
- Develop strategic people priorities in support of site objectives
- Develop, implement, and govern human resources policies, programs and services
- Provide effective coaching, counsel, and feedback to site leaders
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee talent acquisition and management
- Develop and implement site learning and development programs
- Manage key programs and initiatives, such as Wellness, Benefits Enrollment and Education
- Engage in constructive union-management relationships and collective bargaining process
