The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the strategic vision for the area of responsibility, meeting production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement, and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Business or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Production Management, Business
- Prior supervisory and/or managerial experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
