Job Description
Veriff is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join their AMER Account Management team. The role focuses on ensuring seamless collaboration between the GTM, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams, managing timelines, resolving roadblocks, and maximizing customer value. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as Principal Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineer, or Technical Account Management for a SaaS software company
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage clients effectively
