Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience ideally in payments, SaaS, or Financial services
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- High energy, self-driven, relentlessly motivated
- Tech-savvy and CRM-proficient (we use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- A growth mindset and team-first mentality
