Job Description
This Sales Director – USA role is a hands-on individual contributor focused on business development and new business growth within the U.S. market. The role reports to the VP Sales and involves prospecting, closing deals, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. It's a sales-driven position with no direct people management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in the U.S. market
- Strong understanding of the U.S. software and technology landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a high level of autonomy, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed across the U.S.
