Job Description
Verint is seeking a Platform Consultant to build strong relationships with key decision-makers within organizations, understanding their CX needs, and advocating for the effectiveness of the Verint Open CCaaS platform. The Consultant will be the trusted advisor for customers, focusing on ROI, demonstrating Verint’s Engagement Data Hub, and driving adoption of the platform. This role requires expertise in AI and Data Science, product expertise, and excellent customer communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Five to Seven years' of experience in AI and Data Science
- 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of contact center solutions and data ecosystems (e.g., CRMs, CDPs, ERPs)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Effective presentation and communication skills
