Verint is seeking a Platform Consultant to work with C-suite executives, leveraging platform technology to help elevate customer engagement and boost workforce productivity. This role involves building customer relationships, managing technology, and representing Verint in the market. The consultant will have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and the platform's ROI.
Requirements
- Operate as the lead technical SME
- Manage executive customer relationships
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science
- Lead Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services team
- Present Verint’s Engagement Data Hub
- Build thought leadership profile
- Work with the Marketing team
- Identify white spaces
- Travel approximately 30-50%
