Verkada is seeking a Growth Manager for their Digital Marketing team to drive customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across paid channels. The role involves managing a 6-digit quarterly budget, campaign planning, ideation, and execution with a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital marketing campaigns
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales
- Track and analyze key campaign metrics and identify trends
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google and experience in running campaigns at various stages of the funnel
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product marketing and creative teams
- Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of Excel preferred
- Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns, lead follow-up and conversion into pipeline and optimizing performance through the funnel
