We are looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will own the systems and processes that power marketing campaigns and directly accelerate revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Software Engineering, Marketing Technology, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations
- Hands-on experience with Marketo (or HubSpot) and Salesforce
- Expertise in marketing infrastructure, including web form ingestion, API-based lead capture, enrichment tools, and real-time follow-up logic
- Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
- Strong experience with automation/integration platforms
- Process-oriented mindset with experience managing campaign ops at scale
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with a drive to experiment, iterate, and extract the most yield out of the funnel
