Job Description
Verndale is seeking a Delivery Director, Salesforce to oversee delivery excellence across Salesforce engagements. The role involves leading projects, ensuring quality, mentoring talent, and collaborating with Practice leadership to drive measurable business outcomes. This senior leader will also be responsible for client partnership and scaling their delivery team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce implementations and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience leading Salesforce delivery for complex projects in agency or consulting environments
- 5+ years managing cross-functional teams with proven client outcomes
- Proficiency in delivery governance, estimation, SOW development, risk management, and change control.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue recognition, margin, and forecasting.
- Executive presence and communication skills.
