Job Description
The Customer Concierge provides seamless fiber internet service onboarding for new customers. They visit customers at their homes to cancel previous service, set up home WiFi, and offer training on streaming services, focusing on empathy, professionalism, and a smooth experience. This is a part-time position ideal for customer interaction.
Requirements
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
