The Team Lead Phlebotomist/Driver is responsible for leading a team of phlebotomists, collecting blood products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. The Team Lead must also be able to operate a full-size commercial van and transport staff, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently.
