Technical Writer- Operations Support (40 hrs weekly)

Under the direction of department management, maintains controlled documentation necessary to communicate technical information required for Versiti compliance. Creates and/or edits content for procedures and related technical publications related to work methods. Collaborates with customers to determine technical specifications, requirements, and timeline for materials to be developed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience as a technical writer/documentation specialist or job responsibilities that included creating/revising technical documents
• Experience using Information Mapping or similar tools/methodology that direct how to organize content for an intended audience
• Experience working in a cGMP (pharmaceutical, medical device, or biologic) or a Diagnostic Testing environment
• Valid driver's license for assigned state
