Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, including New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI). The role involves identifying process improvements, driving Operational Excellence, and fostering a customer-first mindset. The manager will collaborate with business unit project managers and support team members in defining critical path steps and achieving schedule success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years in process development and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to travel internationally
