Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence in the product lifecycle within the SFA and Phase Out processes. The role involves identifying and implementing lean initiatives to reduce product development cycle time, focusing initially on SFA (Special Feature Addition) processes. This includes documentation, training, and analysis to drive process improvements across various functions. The position requires collaboration with business unit PMs and function members to implement improvements and contribute to best practice documentation.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years cumulative experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous improvement.
