The Customer Engineer role is designed to provide equipment maintenance, after-hours service, commissioning, and contract work for Power equipment. This includes completing service reports, filling out work tickets, maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring safety and quality, and promoting sales opportunities. The role involves both desk-based and on-site work, with occasional travel required.
