Job Description
Vertiv Power Engineering Engineer will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting of service and operational delivery, maintaining customer relationships, and adhering to company policies and standards. This includes service call execution, component stock management, identifying areas for improvement, and collaboration with internal and external teams. They will also monitor sales and customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Electrical/Electronics Trade Certificate (ideally)
- Relevant State-based Electrical Licence (A Grade)
- Commercial acumen
- Technical knowledge in data centres, telecom, commercial & industrial or similar industries
- Proven track record within the power industry as a service technician
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
