Job Description
The Lead IP Counsel, Americas position is focused on delivering expert legal services to the Company, covering product lines. This role involves strategic IP management, portfolio oversight, and collaboration between the legal and business teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping the Company's intellectual property direction while providing legal guidance to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Law Degree from a leading law school
- Admitted to practice in at least one state
- Admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a senior intellectual property lawyer
- Proficiency in patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secret law
