Metal Fabrication Line Trainer- 2nd Shift

The Metal Fabrication Line Trainer is responsible for hands-on training of new associates on the production floor. This role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency through a structured training process. The trainer provides direct support to floor staff, reinforces best practices, and builds product even when training is not required. They report to the Training department and collaborate with other trainers and line mentors.

Requirements

• Experience in managing or leading people.
• At least 1 year of experience with CNC Machinery, Brake Press, Punch Machinery.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.
