Job Description
The Manufacturing Line Trainer is responsible for hands-on training new associates on the production line. This role ensures accurate procedures, safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a culture of Safety, Quality, and Respect. The trainer focuses on guiding trainees through the operational aspects of the production floor, including process knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in managing or leading people
- 1+ year of experience in Data center-related architecture, electrical and thermal systems, switchgear and AC power
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and team-oriented approach
