Job Description
The Program Manager (AC Power) is responsible for cross-functional management of new product development and sustaining projects, coordinating efforts of multiple teams to optimize time to market and monitor project and product cost, schedule, and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts in Business, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or other technical degree
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
- Proven ability to lead others to achieve common goals and to accomplish tasks
- Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, project planning
- Experience leading cross functional meetings and presenting to small groups
- Ability to quickly develop cross functional relationships to achieve business objectives
- Process and results oriented with proven ability to accomplish goals
- Experience with 3-phase power distribution or UPS systems is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Project, & Smartsheet
