Sr. Program Manager (AC Power)

The Sr. Program Manager (AC Power) is responsible for cross-functional management of new product development and sustaining projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope meeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts in Business, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or other technical degree
• 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a new product development environment
• Proven ability to lead others to achieve common goals and to accomplish tasks
• Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, project planning
• Experience leading cross functional meetings and presenting to small groups
• Ability to quickly develop cross functional relationships to achieve business objectives
• Process and results oriented with proven ability to accomplish goals
• Experience with 3-phase power distribution or UPS systems is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Project, & Smartsheet
