Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Research Scientist Domain Lead - Advanced Materials to drive innovation in materials science applications for next-generation critical infrastructure technologies. The role involves leading research programs, collaborating with internal and external teams, representing the company, and mentoring junior researchers. This is a 100% in-person role based in Delaware, OH.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Advanced Materials research or applied development.
- Strong publication or patent record preferred.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and external engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Travel: 10% travel for research collaboration and conferences.
