Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Research Scientist Domain Lead - Thermodynamics to lead advanced thermodynamics research initiatives for critical infrastructure cooling paradigms. This role will drive innovation in cooling technologies, focusing on hybrid systems, direct-to-chip solutions, and heat exchange methods. The ideal candidate will develop breakthrough solutions for high-density computing and collaborate with various engineering teams.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in a related engineering or scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Thermodynamics and Cooling research or applied development.
- Strong publication or patent record preferred.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and external engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
