Vertiv is seeking a Thermal Management Practice Lead to drive the design of world-class service offerings that deliver measurable value to customers. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of service design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and aligning thermal management services with customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a creative and collaborative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
Requirements
- Design and execute thermal management service offerings across Consulting, Implementation, Lifecycle, and Optimization.
- Market discovery and alignment in the Thermal Management domain.
- Provide subject matter expertise and business plans for potential service offerings.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Regional Sales & Service, and Global Service Product Lines Leaders.
- Translate user research into actionable strategies.
- Ensure technical accuracy of service offerings.
