Job Description
As the White Space Practice Lead, you will drive the design of world-class service offerings, delivering measurable value to customers and contributing to profitable growth. This global role involves the full lifecycle of service design, from market discovery to cross-functional collaboration and go-to-market planning. The lead will be the subject matter expert and thought leader, translating customer challenges into scalable and differentiated service solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience working on white space products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, assess risks, and communicate effectively.
- Collaborative and cross-functional relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of data center Thermal Management products.
- Understanding of functional business areas (engineering, finance, sales, marketing).
- Technical knowledge of data center Thermal Management products
