We are looking for a Layup Training Professional to develop and improve training materials for wind turbine blade production, with a focus on modern digital systems and process visualization. You will play a key role in creating practical and engaging training for factory employees, supporting their learning and performance on the shop floor. The role involves designing and optimizing training material, investigating and solving training issues, and applying continuous improvement principles.
