Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience in coordinating CI events and understanding technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving methods
• Lean training or equivalent (belt certification will be beneficial)
• Functional knowledge of ERP systems and production environments
• Understanding of product quality attributes
• Proficiency in MS Office and effective English communication abilities
