Job Description
Veterans Leadership Program (VLP) is a 40-year veteran service organization empowering Veterans through comprehensive programs and partnerships. The position is for the Veterans Leadership Program, focusing on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for Veterans and their families. The role involves receptionist duties, office support, and assisting staff with general office functions.
Requirements
- Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide information regarding company, services, and related resources.
- Schedule appointments and assist with data entry in an EHR system.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and correspondence.
- Coordinate mail services and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain and distribute an employee roster.
- Assist with meeting room usage and office events.
