Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting advanced CNC machines and Machining Centers, providing customer training, and performing warranty and post-warranty service. It includes independent work supporting customers in assigned regions, regular overnight travel, and utilizing diagnostic tools.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot CNC machines and accessories
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Conduct post-installation testing
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as gauges, test indicators, and force meters
- Travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
