Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, responsible for troubleshooting advanced CNC lathes and machining centers, providing customer training, and performing warranty and post-warranty service. The position involves both independent work and frequent overnight travel to customers' facilities.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot CNC machines and accessories
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Conduct post-installation testing
- Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Stay current with new product features
- Accurately document all service work
- Travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Utilize diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings
