Requirements

• Friendly, efficient, self-motivated veterinary receptionist
• Competence with Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience of vet system Ezyvet
• Strong customer service (veterinary preferred)
• Reliability, empathy, and a calm professional manner
• Commitment to high standards of service excellence and clinical care
• Positive can-do attitude
