Job Description
This leadership role offers an opportunity for an innovative and collaborative human resources professional to serve in a senior HR capacity overseeing organizational development, training, and HR outreach functions.
Requirements
- Lead enterprise-wide organizational development and training initiatives
- Oversee HR outreach, communications, and engagement programs
- Provide strategic and fiscal oversight of HR programs and budgets
- Manage, mentor, and develop managers and professional staff
- Partner with leadership and departments on workforce planning and culture initiatives
- Support special initiatives that drive innovation and organizational resilience
