Job Description
This position offers an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to step into a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role, aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals and supporting departments through comprehensive, solutions-focused HR guidance.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
