Job Description
VGW is an interactive entertainment company seeking a Head of CRM to lead the CRM Marketing team in Sydney. The Head of CRM will drive and optimize the end-to-end player lifecycle through data-driven marketing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing
- 5 years of experience leading teams
- Social gaming experience is highly desirable
- Experience leading a large, globally distributed team
- Experience developing complex campaigns using industry-leading marketing technology platforms
- Deep expertise with marketing automation, analytics, and segmentation tools at enterprise scale
- Outstanding project management, stakeholder partnership, communication, and leadership capabilities
