Job Description
VGW is looking for a Marketing Live Operations Associate to join their Live Ops Marketing team based in Sydney. The role will support the seamless delivery and execution of initiatives and campaigns, and drive engagement and deliver exceptional player experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within marketing, product or digital operations
- Expertise in live operations, with a strong focus on driving monetisation and retention through live campaigns & optimisations
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis, statistics and experimentation methods including A/B testing
- Sound understanding of performance metrics and player motivations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
