Associate Operator, Slitting, 2nd Shift

As an Associate Operator, you will be responsible for visually inspecting products, assisting with production equipment setup, and performing calibration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, up to two years of experience, and possess strong mechanical, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements

• HS diploma
• Up to two years of experience
• Good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stoop, climb ladders, or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to hear an alarm
• Ability to identify small defects
• Ability to distinguish between colors
