Vicarius is a cybersecurity startup looking for an Office Manager & Employee Experience to keep their people, culture, and operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken & written) - Must.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and MS Office tools (especially Excel & Word).
• People-oriented with strong service skills, follow-through, and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work 4 days/week from the office.
