In this pivotal role, the HR Business Partner (Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing) serves as the primary strategic advisor to the department’s leadership teams, driving people strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability throughout the commercial organization.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of Human Resources experience
- Specific experience in employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, recruiting, reporting, analytics, and compensation
- BS degree and professional HR certification (ex. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- CREDIBLE ACTIVIST – Earn an excellent reputation with client groups by adding value through expert advice, counsel, follow up, and proactive stance on business and client group issues
- CAPABILITY BUILDER – Work with business leaders to create, sustain, and develop a culture that supports organizational objectives and allows employees to be used to their full potential
