Job Description
This Dietary Manager position provides management for the Dietary Department within the Edenton Senior Care facility. The role involves overseeing meal preparation, serving, ordering supplies, maintaining hygiene, hiring and training staff, and ensuring adherence to state and local regulations. The Dietary Manager will also focus on resident dietary preferences and ensuring accurate menu development.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Clear SBI and DMV record.
- Two-step tuberculin skin test.
- Two-step training in or willing to learn NC Sanitation Rules and Regulations.
