Dietary Manager

The Dietary Manager is responsible for the general and therapeutic diet of residents at the Williamston, NC facility. This role involves ordering supplies, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires experience in supervisory roles and knowledge of diet guidelines and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills and ability to submit food orders electronically
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75 pounds
• Knowledge of NC Sanitation Rules and Regulations
• Two-step tuberculin skin test
• ServSafe Certification
• Work ethic
