Job Description
The Personal Care Aide / CNA role involves providing assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community with activities of daily living as per a Care Plan. This includes assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, eating, and general living, while providing a safe and supportive environment. Basic personal care tasks and assisting with resident independence and movement are essential.
Requirements
- Assist residents with activities of daily living according to Care Plan
- Provide assistance with transportation and meals
- Assist residents with using, emptying, and cleaning resident equipment
- Provide assistance with making beds, toileting, and other personal care tasks
- Report any accidents or incidents to management
