Job Description
The Personal Care Aide / CNA provides assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community, including activities of daily living, and ensures resident independence and safety. This role involves assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation, alongside accurate documentation and adherence to policies.
Requirements
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Adhere to all adult care home rules and policies.
- Read, write, understand and follow directions.
- Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to bend, stoop, squat, and reach overhead.
- At least 18 years old.
- Maintain SBI record and clear record with NC Personnel Registry.
