Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical services in a trauma-informed care environment. This role involves clinical leadership, supervision, and training to a recovery home staff. The supervisor will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and reports to their respective designees. They will also manage program documentation, participate in program events, and maintain accurate record-keeping utilizing electronic health records.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related discipline (clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, mental health, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling, social work).
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• TB screening (may be obtained upon hire).
• One year of full-time equivalent clinical supervisory experience.
• 3 work related professional references.
• Demonstrated competence in service coordination (preferred).
