The Recovery Case Manager is responsible for providing compassionate and trauma-informed services to clients residing in recovery homes. The position involves individual counseling, case management, and group facilitation, with a focus on substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and chronic health conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction with a minimum of one year of work experience in substance use and/or mental health
- 3 years' relevant work experience in the field of substance use, and/or mental health
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong computer, organizational, writing, and communication skills
- CPR certification
- TB screening
