Recovery Support Specialist

The Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring that quality direct care services are provided to the clients. The program is a residential treatment program for individuals with substance use disorder, and the specialist will work with clients who have co-occurring conditions such as mental health and chronic health conditions. The program specializes in serving the LGBTQ+ community and women who are allies.

Requirements

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care at all times.
• Provide quality, empathetic customer service to the clients in the program.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures related to maintaining a safe and appropriate residential environment are followed.
