As a People Operations Expert, you will be responsible for central HR processes that enable a reliable and employee-centered experience. You will ensure that preparatory payroll processing, contract management, and communication with external partners are precise and carefully implemented.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of People Operations or HR Administration, including practical responsibility for preparatory payroll and salary processing
- Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes, contract creation, and communication with health insurance companies, payroll service providers, and authorities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) and Google Workspace; proficient in using formulas, templates, and structured documentation
- Demonstrated experience with at least one cloud-based HRIS system (e.g. HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, SAP HCM, Workday)
- High reliability and discretion, strong sense of responsibility, and absolute confidentiality
- Sovereign in working within structured, standardized processes and recurring routines
- Team-oriented and pragmatic personality with clear, empathetic communication style
- Negotiation-secure German language skills (C2) and very good English language skills (C1)
